I am from SEA but I played in NA with 300+ ping, however that's not an issue for me I did every dungeon and trial, played in BG and Cyrodil. The high ping is not obvious as CS GO and Dota 2 where 300 ping is unplayable, for me the 300 ping in ESO feels like 90 - 120ms ( very minor delay ).
